If you are not satisfied with your product, you can let us know about that within 14 working days from the receipt of your order. You will then need to return it to us for a full refund. The product has to be in a re-saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched or damaged. If you are returning an item, you must ensure that we receive it adequately packaged (similar to the way it was delivered to you), correctly addressed with correct postage. We recommend that you insure the return of the item. The customer must pay for return delivery costs, however, this cost will be refunded if there will be no defects. We will be grateful if you will inform us of any returns within 14 working days of receipt of goods. Please check goods upon receipt and notify us of any problems as soon as possible.
